GRADUATION FAQS

If you have a graduation reservation, these are for you. We hope they help, but if not, please do feel free to give us a call!

 

May I come in early to decorate my table?

Private Dining events are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes prior to reservation start time to decorate. We are not able to accommodate main dining room early setup.

What types of decorations may I bring in?

Anything you like, as long as it is not glitter, confetti, silly string, etc. If it’s bigger than a quarter, you’re all set!

Can minimums be waived for private events?

Our food and beverage minimums are based on the average amount expected to be spent with a group in each space with average guest count, and are not meant to be exorbitant. The minimum provided is what you can expect to spend regardless of the requirement. We are happy to look at alternate days to check availability for you if the minimums are a concern.

Why are prices higher than normal?

In order to provide you with the best service and hospitality during this very special occasion, we spare no expense in rentals, staffing, supplies, etc. We want to make sure that your experience is memorable and that your every need is anticipated and fulfilled.

Are you able to provide any details about the menus? Will I be able to get Sava’s Mac & Cheese?

Yes! Absolutely! Our house favorites will remain on the menu for graduation. We do not currently have our graduation menus available (check back again at the beginning of April!), but we can provide you with our menu from 2017 as comparison HERE

Do you allow any modifications to menu items?

We will do our absolute best to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, and to make modifications as we are able.

May I squeeze another person into my party? Please?

We are unable to add guests to your party unexpectedly, but if you have any changes prior to April 26, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

How long am I allowed to enjoy my meal?

Your contract will provide you with an amount of time that you have access to your table, and your server(s) will also be aware. Extension of this time past the allotment is at the discretion of management.

May I sit on the patio?

We are not taking outdoor dining reservations due to the challenges of Michigan weather prediction.

Do you have any availability in your Private Dining spaces?

Unfortunately, we have fully committed our Private Dining spaces for the entirety of the graduation season and are no longer taking reservations.

May I split the bill?

We are able to split any bill up to five ways. We are not able to split a bill more than five ways.

May I bring in an outside dessert?

Yes, of course! We charge $2 per guest.

Do you have highchairs and/or booster seats?

Absolutely, please let us know ahead of time so that we may set it up for you!
